We’ve worked with the World Bank Group to enhance their communication strategies across a number of projects, including the Global Compensation Agreement Roadmap, which was signed by the Government of Zimbabwe and former commercial farmers following adoption of a consensus-based compensation. We also developed a communication strategy and toolkit for the Zimbabwe Reconstruction Fund (ZIMREF), a World Bank- administered multi-donor trust fund.

The Centre for the Study of Violence and Reconciliation is an independent non-governmental with a multi-disciplinary team that works to understand and prevent violence, heal its effects and build sustainable peace at the community, national and regional levels.
We supported CSVR’s research, advocacy and psychosocial support work, by developing a communications strategy that adressed beneficiaries, funding partnres, policy makers and other non-profits in complementary fields. We also leveraged our media networks to ensure press coverage in the orm of op-eds, press releases and feature articles published by regional media housed.

KEY CLIENT: Macroeconomic and Financial Management Institute of Eastern and Southern Africa (MEFMI)
The Macroeconomic and Financial Management Institute of Eastern and Southern Africa (MEFMI) is an intergovernmental capacity building organisation that serves 14 member countries.
We supported MEFMI in delivering on its core mandate by providing brand management training for officials from central banks, vice presidents’ offices, national development corporations, deposit protection funds, securities and exchange commissions and financial regulatory supervisory authorities. This training enabled officials to understand the important role that public financial institutions play in promoting and protecting nation brands. It also provided participants with an depth understanding of concept such as reputation management and customer experience by using relevant, case studies, interactive exercises and group work.
